Are cats able to see in the dark?

What Are Some Other Ways Cats See Better?

Cats have grown with certain specific unique talents in addition to their incredible eyes. Our wonderful felines have exceptional senses, particularly those of hearing and scent.

A cat’s sense of smell is more than 15 times stronger than a human’s, and it may even be more sensitive than a dog’s, according to experts. It’s not simply their lovely, heart-shaped noises that give them power. The vomer nasal organ is a specialized organ found on the top of a cat’s mouth. This allows them to deeply taste and smell at the same time. If your cat has ever curled up their lip, grimaced, or licked something while breathing in, it’s possible that they’re using that organ to get extra information about the environment around them.
